RBScripts.net is a Roblox script platform that allows users to browse, upload, and share scripts, participate in community forums, use community chat, and access Pro features. Our service allows users to upload, share, and download scripts created by the community.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on RBScripts.net.
• You can create an account using email with OTP verification, Google OAuth, or Discord OAuth.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You may not create multiple accounts without permission from RBScripts.net administrators.
• Users are assigned ranks: user, moderator, admin, or owner. Rank privileges must not be abused.
• Ban evasion (creating new accounts to bypass a ban) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans.

4. User Content and Scripts

• You retain ownership of any scripts you upload to RBScripts.net.
• By uploading content, you grant RBScripts.net a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share.
• Scripts must not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code of any kind.
• Scripts must not steal user data (Robux, cookies, account logins, local files) without explicit disclosure.
• Scripts that log HWID, IP addresses, or other user data must include a clear disclaimer in the post description.
• Fake scripts, crash scripts, and scripts that do nothing are prohibited.
• If you upload scripts created by others, you must credit the original author.
• You must not upload content that violates any applicable laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains explicit or inappropriate content.

5. Pro Subscription

RBScripts.net offers a Pro subscription through Paddle, our authorized payment processor.

• Plans are available at $2.99/month, $29.99/year, or $79.99 lifetime.
• Pro features may include ad-free browsing, priority uploads, and other premium features as listed on the platform.
• Payments are processed securely by Paddle. We do not store your payment card details.
• Monthly and yearly plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting hello@rbscripts.net.
• Pro benefits are non-transferable and tied to the purchasing account.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use RBScripts.net to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Spam or harass other users
• Distribute malicious content or scripts, including webhook stealers, Discord token grabbers, or clipboard malware
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service without permission
• Scam or defraud other users
• Evade bans by creating new accounts
• Doxx (post private information of) other users
• Post child exploitation material (CP) — zero tolerance, immediate permanent ban, and report to authorities
• Post NSFW or sexually explicit content
• Abuse the reporting system by filing false reports

7. Intellectual Property

• RBScripts.net respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
• If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us immediately.
• The RBScripts.net name, logo, and related trademarks are the property of RBScripts.net.
• Roblox Corporation retains all intellectual property rights to the Roblox platform and its assets.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RBScripts.net is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Use of scripts downloaded from our platform is at your own risk. RBScripts.net is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or permanently ban your account at any time, with or without cause or notice.
• Suspensions may be temporary or permanent depending on the severity of the violation.
• Ban evasion will result in all associated accounts being permanently banned.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
• Pro subscription benefits are forfeited upon account ban with no refund.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
